Matt is a senior innovation consultant for Mintel sharing his passion for innovation with his clients. He is also a speaker, columnist, coach and author of the #1 new release on Amazon, The Mindful Innovator.
He is driven by his mission to share his decade-plus experience of innovation—uncovering deep insights, executing strategy, and facilitating change for some of the world’s largest CPG brands and retail stores. Matt also inspires groups, individuals, and organizations to help motivate their innovation efforts and empower them to become mindful of their thoughts & actions.
With a passion for listening and understanding consumers, Matt has studied Ethnographic Research at Boise State University. He has worked side-by-side with Martin Lindstrom, author of New York Times Best Selling Buyology and Small Data, learning his craft on why consumers by what they buy.
A New Yorker at heart, and big NY Ranger fan, has left for warm weather and sandy beaches of the Florida gulf where he loves to spend time with his family. His innovator nature seeps through in his personal life, exploring the world always looking for new experiences, cultures and the most scenic locations to sit to be mindful.
